The (neverending) saga of Danny and Miss Danna continued for Renaissance in Naxxramas. In the next room after Gluth the doggy, we spotted a massive robot/cyborg/Frankenstein machine thingee whose face was oddly familiar. It was Danny’s face! Upon seeing us, the monster yelled out, “Je m’appelle Thaddius. Vous êtes trop tard. Je dois obéir” A question sprung to mind immedately: who was this Le Danny Français?

It turns out that Kel’Thuzad (hereafter referred to as KT) had been introduced to Miss Danna back when she was with Gary (hint: look at Grobby story) and had fallen head over heels for her. Soon, KT cared more about winning Miss Danna’s heart over his duties as the first lieutenant of the Lich King. Upon learning of Miss Danna’s love for Danny, KT concluded that it was Danny’s looks that had won her love. KT set out to create a new image for himself by building a large robot/cyborg/Frankenstein machine thingee with a face resembling that of Danny’s, and taught this Le Nouveau Danny the language of romance and love, French.

Powered by love, KT worked tirelessly on this project. He was still working on perfecting and fine-tuning Thaddius when Renaissance busted into the workroom. When we saw the visage of Thaddius, we understood immediately and Danny became overcome with jealous rage. Powered by his jealous rage (heart of the cards) and his buddies’ polarity shifts (support of his friends), Danny foiled all of KT’s plan for some Frozen Throne L’Amour.
